Preparation is a vital part of your healing work. We recommend dedicating a few minutes before the session begins to:
Create a Sacred Space: Find a comfortable spot where you will not be interrupted. Please plan to lie down or sit in a reclining chair so you can be fully relaxed and supported.
Comfort: Wear comfortable clothing that are not restricting. If possible, take off your shoes, glasses, and any heavy jewelry.
Keep Warm: Have a light blanket handy. Your body temperature may drop slightly as you enter a deeply relaxed state, and staying warm enhances your ability to receive the energy.
Disconnect: Turn off phone notifications, alarms, and any other distractions. If you are wearing a smart watch, please take it off prior to the session.
Hydrate: Have a glass of water ready to drink immediately afterward.
