Refunds: We can process a full refund for any cancellation communicated up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling if communication is received within 72 hours to 24 hours prior to the session. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is cancelled within 24 hours or if a client is a no-show, the fee is non-refundable. This policy honors the energetic time slot reserved for you and the preparation involved in creating your sacred space. Compassionate Care: We understand that life can bring unforeseen circumstances.
